Aceasta pozitie va ofera oportunitatea de a intra intr-un domeniu dinamic, efervescent si competitional, de adoptare a tehnicilor de servire, invatarea meniurilor, familiarizarea cu vocabularul si terminologia specifica resturantelor. Un piccolo buffet (Restaurant Attendant) asigură servirea mâncării și a băuturii într-o manieră corectă, politicoasă, prietenoasă și profesionistă clienților din diferite locații de pe vas. Printre responsabilitățile lor se numără: interacționarea cu clienții sau cu colegii angajați pe vas; prezentarea meniurilor clienților; pregatirea statiilor de servire, sugerarea unor opțiuni din meniu și a băuturilor corespunzătoare pentru a îmbia clienții, debarasarea meselor, și familiarizarea cu descrierile din meniu și din listele de băuturi pentru a face mai plăcută servirea mesei. Un piccolo bufet respectă standardele companiei, liniile directoare USPH și HACCP( norme sanitare) și politicile și procedurile de mediu și de siguranță la locul de muncă. Experienta anterioara intr-un restaurant tip"" autoservire" este un avantaj, insa experienta nu este obligatorie.

                                                  Job Description


Provides food service to guests in Cafe Promenade, Park Café, Jade Sushi, Sorrento's, Crew, Staff and Officer Dining Areas and/or various venues by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities:  


Responsibilities

 

 

·                     Learns and uses appropriate food and beverage terminology and pronunciation, to enhance the guest’s dining experience. Becomes familiar with menu descriptions and beverage lists in order to discuss items appropriately with guests.

·                     Cleans, polishes, and rolls silverware, obtains tableware and equipment to set tables, obtains and organizes service and buffet counters to ensure Gold Anchor Standards are delivered to guests.

·                     Relays food allergens and dietary concerns to the galley to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

·                     Presents and serves both food and beverage menus to guests; suggests menu options, appropriate beverages, and answers questions regarding menu, per Gold Anchor Standards.

·                     Maintains cleanliness and appearance of their working area in accordance with all USPH and company standards.

·                     Performs related duties as required.  This position description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the shipboard employee occupying this position.  Shipboard employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.

 

·                     Makes recommendations to entice guests while meeting management goals to reduce particular inventory stock.

·                     Actively promotes revenue items such as Alcoholic, Non-Alcoholic, Souvenir items, Specialty coffees Specialty Restaurants.

·                     Maintains costs through the proper use, handling, and maintenance of supplies and equipment. Reduces breakage by organizing storage and transportation

·                     Accurately enters food and beverage orders in the point-of-sale system.

 

·                     Greets guests, per Gold Anchor Standards. Ensures friendly accurate service is provided to all guests during their meal.

·                     Observes guests to anticipate their needs and responds to any additional requests and to determine when the food and beverage service has been completed.

·                     Takes ownership for guest issues/concerns and follows up to ensure resolution

·                     Always provides guests with alternatives and avoids using the word “No”

·                     Maintains assigned station, buffets, service counters including table pieces, and chairs in a clean and orderly manner to help achieve the best guest experience.

 


 Hiring Requirements

 

·Self-service restaurants/ banquet experience preferred, but NO experience is also, accepted.

·Ability to distinguish soft drink varieties.

·Knowledge of basic buffet food items.

·Ability to apply customer service skills, according to Royal Caribbean International’s Gold Anchor Standards, when interacting with guests and coworkers.

 

  • Varsta minima 21 ani
  • Nu se solicita experienta anterioara in restaurant. Experienta minima in restaurant autoservire / banquets este un avantaj. 
  • Limba Engleza nivel conversational
  • detinatori cetatenie Romana sau Republica Moldova

Facilitati : cazare, masa, servicii medicale oferite GRATUIT la bord 

Cazarea : loc in cabina de 2 persoane 

Programul de lucru : 10 ore /zi ( se lucreaza in ture de max 4 ore ) , program liber stabilit de manager, prin rotatie

Costuri imbarcare: detinere pasaport turistic, analize medicale, bilet avion.

Beneficii: cazare, masa, asigurari medicale acoperite de angajator, rambursarea costurilor de viza/vize

Taxe Agentie NU se percept taxe de recrutare/ imbarcare, se ofera asistenta in vederea depunerii documentatiei de vize, programare la analiza medicale si monitorizarea imbarcarilor.
