Responsibilities:

  • Bar Service: Serve a variety of beverages to passengers, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Stock Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, ensuring supplies are adequate, restocking as necessary, and minimizing waste.

  • Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and seating areas.

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a pleasant bar experience.

  • Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and manage tips according to company policy.

  • Compliance: Adhere to all alcohol service laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations while serving drinks.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in bartending or bar service, preferably in a high-volume or luxury environment.

  • Knowledge: Good understanding of a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, with the ability to mix drinks efficiently.

  • Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to handle diverse clientele.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team, especially during busy service times.

  • Language: Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous due to the international nature of the job.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a dynamic environment.
