Casino Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Operations Supervision: Supervises the daily activities of the casino, ensuring that all gambling is conducted in accordance with company standards and legal regulations.

• Team Management: Coordinates, trains and evaluates casino personnel, including dealers, croupiers and other employees, to maintain a high level of service and professionalism.

• Maintenance and Security: Monitors gaming equipment to ensure proper operation and security, reporting any technical or security issues to the relevant departments.

• Conflict Management: Resolves disputes between players and staff in a professional and diplomatic manner, ensuring a pleasant environment for all passengers.

• Financial Management: Supervises financial transactions, including receipts and payments, ensuring their accuracy and integrity.

• Promotion and Marketing: Participates in promotional and marketing events to attract players, providing information about special promotions and tournaments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the gaming industry, preferably in supervisory roles.

• Solid knowledge of casino gaming rules and procedures.

• Excellent communication and conflict management skills.

• Ability to work in a team and lead in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

• Relevant certifications in the gaming field may be an advantage.

• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
