Restaurant Hostess ( females only )
Contract : 6 month
Vacation : 2 months between contracts
The Restaurant Host manages restaurant reservations ensuring the right flow of guests into the restaurants.
The Restaurant Host checks in guests into MTD, Dynamic Dining and Specialty Dinning venues, assuming responsibility for all details, reservations, and dinning allocation.
Restaurant Host has great food and beverage knowledge helping with guests satisfaction and revenue drive.
The Restaurant host will also be responsible for generating financial and operational reports related to restaurants operation.
Follows schedules, work assignments and executes the side jobs that are determined by management.
Achieves business results through the delivery of an exceptional customer service experience.
- Age : at least 21 years old
- Three years previous experience on a similar position / Restaurant / Hotel
- Great knowledge of menus and beverages.
- Language skills: English – advance level – MANDATORY
- Additional language skills: German, Italian, French, Spanish etc
Salary : minimum monthly guaranteed salary, tipped position . Monthly income can vary depending on the workstation size, vessels itinerary, season, and the quality of provided service.
Facilities on board : free of charge offered by the Company ( accommodation, meals, medical services )
Accommodation : shared cabin ( 2 )
Work schedule : 8 - 10 hours daily, free days by rotation in department
Job Cruise FEE : NO FEE for recruitment/ embarkation process
Embarkation costs : depending on ship/ itinerary ( medical files, visa fee, flight ticket, etc )
