Candidates are required to have four (4) years experience in at least one of the following areas; Army/Maritime/Aviation/Police or Hotel Security environment with the ability to function in a multicultural environment. The Security Supervisor should have education/experience in counter terrorism and physical security which includes:

Access control including anti-terrorist countermeasures, security screening methods and equipment operation (x-ray, metal detector, explosives/narcotics detection)

Interpersonal skills that include strong communication and conflict resolution abilities

Incident command, including first responder, scene and evidence preservation, investigation,

Appropriate enforcement skills, including appropriate detention and
physical search procedures

Procedural knowledge, including familiarity with security-related civil and criminal law.

The Security Supervisor is also expected to demonstrate a high level of skill in protecting assets; crisis and emergency management.
