Junior Waiter

Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Provide excellent service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Table Setting: Set up tables according to the standards of the dining venue, including proper placement of cutlery, glassware, and napkins.
Food Delivery: Efficiently deliver meals from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely service and correct order fulfillment.
Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables, resetting them, and assisting with general cleaning tasks.
Assisting Senior Staff: Support senior waiters and dining room staff in various tasks, learning from their experience to enhance your service skills.
Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and preferences to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Skills: Basic knowledge of food service, including food safety and hygiene. Good memory for orders and attention to detail.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest service in a multi-cultural environment.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, following instructions and contributing to a harmonious work environment.
Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, common in cruise ship operations.
Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous due to the international guest base.
